Approach to music and emotions aroused by listening to it
In this section we will show the data collected regarding the degree of pleasure felt in listening to music, the Testers' favourite genres of music, whether or not the Testers play a musical instrument, and, if so, what musical instrument he or she plays. Closing the analysis is the degree of awareness that music can have an impact on one's emotions. We observe that 83% of the Testers likes music "Very Much," and given their background, it is the "Classic" genre that tops the order of preference (13%). Sixty-nine percent of Testers play a musical instrument: the musical instrument most played is the Violin (29%). With respect to the degree of awareness about the emotional impact of the music they listen to, 56% say they are strongly emotionally transported by the music.
